Mailgun is the default email delivery provider for the Send Email capability. This is a platform-provided integration — no setup required.

How to enable

Go to Settings → Capabilities and enable Send Email. Mailgun is used by default, but you can switch to other email providers in the advanced settings.

How it works

When you enable the Send Email capability, your agent can send emails using Mailgun infrastructure. Emails are sent from your agent’s dedicated email address.
You can configure a whitelist of allowed recipients and require approval before sending. See the Send Email capability settings for options.

Example use cases

  • “Send a follow-up email to the client with the proposal attached”
  • “Email the team a summary of today’s meeting in PDF format”
  • “Every friday afternoon, email the team a summary of the week’s good news (from slack).”
