Mailgun is the default email delivery provider for the Send Email capability. This is a platform-provided integration — no setup required.

How to enable

Enable the Send Email capability on your agent. Mailgun is used by default.

Available actions

  • Send emails to any recipient
  • Include attachments
  • Send from your agent’s email address

How it works

When you enable the Send Email capability, your agent can send emails using Mailgun infrastructure. Emails are sent from your agent’s dedicated email address.
You can configure a whitelist of allowed recipients and require approval before sending. See the Send Email capability settings for options.

  • “Send a follow-up email to the client with the proposal attached”
  • “Email the team a summary of today’s meeting”
  • “Send a reminder to everyone on the project list”

Using your own provider

If you prefer to use your own email infrastructure, you can configure SendPro as an alternative provider in the Send Email capability settings.
