SendPro is an alternative email delivery provider for the Send Email capability. Use this if you want emails to come from your own domain instead of the platform default (Mailgun).

How to enable

Enable Send Email

Go to Settings → Capabilities and enable Send Email.

Configure SendPro in advanced settings

Expand the Advanced section in the Send Email capability card and configure:
  • Select sendpro as the provider
  • Enter your Client ID and Client Secret
  • Provide your Account ID
  • Set your sending domain

Example use cases

  • Client Follow-up — “Send a follow-up email to the client with the proposal attached”
  • Team Updates — “Every Friday afternoon, email the team a summary of the week’s highlights from Slack”
  • Automated Reminders — “When a task is overdue in Notion, email the assignee a reminder”
SendPro is useful when you need emails to come from your own domain or want to use your existing email infrastructure.
