Abundly uses a credit-based pricing model that scales with your usage.

Your team account

Every Abundly account is a team account — a workspace where humans and agents collaborate together. There’s no per-seat pricing:
  • Unlimited agents — create as many agents as you need
  • Unlimited team members — invite colleagues at no extra cost
  • You pay for credits — consumed when agents perform actions

How credits work

When your agents perform actions — sending emails, responding to chat messages, analyzing documents, making API calls, etc. — they consume credits. The cost depends on the amount of content the agent reads/writes, and the tools it uses.
Simple tasks like checking the news might use ~50 credits, while complex operations like screening hundreds of targets could use ~5,000 credits. See the Agent Optimization guide for detailed examples.

Subscription plans

Abundly offers three pricing tiers to match your needs:
  • Start — for individuals getting started (max 1 user)
  • Pro — for small teams with higher usage (max 4 users)
  • Enterprise — for larger teams & organizations with custom requirements

How billing works

Credits are managed at the account level and shared by all your agents:
  • Initial credits — you receive credits when you sign up
  • Monthly credits — each subscription includes a certain amount of credits every month
  • Top-ups available — purchase additional credits whenever you need them
  • Credits don’t expire — unused credits roll over to the next month, up to 12 months

Managing costs

You have full control over your credit consumption:
  • Track usage in the Usage Reports dashboard
  • Set limits per agent to prevent runaway consumption
  • Optimize agents by simplifying instructions and reducing context size

  • Agents automatically pause when your credit balance reaches zero
  • No data loss — all configurations, documents, and chat history remain safe
  • Easy restart — agents resume immediately once you add more credits
If you have a subscription, purchase additional credits through your dashboard. If you don’t have a subscription, choose a plan to continue using your agents.
Yes, you need either an active subscription or sufficient credit balance to keep your agents running.
  • With a subscription, your agents continue running as long as you have credits
  • Without a subscription, agents pause when credits are depleted
  • No data loss — all your work is preserved and easy to reactivate
While on trial with remaining credits, you cannot directly purchase additional credits. The system only allows credit purchases after starting a paid subscription.When your team drops below 500 credits:
  • A warning appears with a link to start your subscription
  • Click “Start subscription now” on your chosen plan
  • Your trial ends, subscription starts, and you receive 5,000 credits
  • You can then purchase additional credits under the Credits tab

  1. Go to Billing in your account dashboard (left sidebar)
  2. Look for the Credits tab (to the left of Plans section)
  3. Click on Credits to find the option to top up
You must have an active subscription (not trial) to purchase additional credits.
This is expected behavior. Even if you’ve selected a paid plan, credit top-up functionality remains unavailable until your trial period officially ends.
  • Trial credits take priority
  • Top-up is disabled during trial
  • Once trial ends, you’ll have full access to credit top-up

Yes, you can upgrade at any time during your trial:
  1. Go to your account settings
  2. Navigate to the subscription section
  3. Choose the plan that fits your needs
  4. Complete the upgrade process
Your subscription benefits start immediately, and all your data remains intact.
