The ‘Overloaded’ error occurs when Anthropic/Claude’s servers are experiencing high traffic.How to resolve it:
  • Wait 5-10 minutes and try again
  • This is a temporary issue that usually resolves on its own
  • If it persists after 15+ minutes, contact support@abundly.ai
This error is on Anthropic’s side (the AI model provider), not with Abundly’s platform.
This is typically caused by using an outdated verification code.How verification codes work:
  • When you request a new code, all previous codes immediately become invalid
  • Only the most recently sent code will work
How to resolve it:
  1. Check your email for the most recently received code
  2. Look at timestamps to identify the latest one
  3. Use only the most recent code
  4. Don’t request additional codes while waiting
Verification codes expire 30 minutes after being sent.
