An AI Agent can be used like a normal AI chat, but can also be given a standing job to do.Key Interface Sections:
  • 💬 Chat: Chat with your agent, or discuss what its job should be
  • 📝 Instructions: Standing instructions describing how it should behave, react to events, or do recurring tasks
  • 📁 Docs: Upload docs with additional context that the agent can read when needed
  • ⚡ Capabilities: Give access to tools like Slack, email, image generation, etc.
  • 📊 Activities & Approvals: See a diary of what the agent has been up to
  • ⚙️ Settings: Configure name, image, and advanced features
Prompt Examples:
  • Invoice Router: “I receive a lot of emails with invoices that need to be routed to the right team. How can you help me with this?”
  • Positive News: “Check for positive feel-good news every day at 6pm and send me an email”
  • Company Research: “Whenever I paste in a company name, research that company to find out if it fits our ideal customer profile”
Yes, our platform supports several users accessing the same agents – it’s even something we recommend when re-engineering processes with the help of agents.Access rights can be set per agent, starting from completely private agents to agents accessible to the entire team.
You can invite team members in two ways:Team-level access:
  1. Log into your Abundly account
  2. Navigate to Members in the main menu
  3. Add new team members who can then access agents based on their permissions
Agent-specific access:
  1. Select the specific agent you want to share
  2. Go to Settings for that agent
  3. Click on Team Access tab
  4. Choose the appropriate access level:
    • Admin: Can do anything, including deleting the agent
    • Edit: Can interact with and modify the agent
    • Use: Can interact but cannot make changes
    • None: Cannot see the agent exists
If your voice transcription is incorrectly translating English to Swedish (or another wrong language), this is a known issue where the AI model sometimes guesses the wrong language.Solution:
  1. Go to your user profile preferences
  2. Find the voice/transcription settings section
  3. Manually select your preferred language instead of “Auto-detect”
  4. Save the settings
If the issue persists, contact support@abundly.ai with details about which language you’re speaking and which language it’s being transcribed as.
