> View events, create meetings, and manage schedules

<Warning>This integration is currently hidden. Email [support@abundly.ai](mailto:support@abundly.ai) if you want to enable it.</Warning>

Connect your agent to Google Calendar to manage your schedule.

## How to enable

<Steps>
  <Step title="Enable the capability">
    Go to **Settings → Capabilities** and enable **Google Calendar**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Connect your Google account">
    Click **Create new** to sign in with your Google account and create a personal access token. This token belongs to you and can be managed in your profile settings.

    If you already have a Calendar token from setting up another agent, you can select it from the dropdown instead.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Access scope

After you connect a new Calendar token, Abundly takes you to a settings page where you can choose which calendars the token is allowed to access.

You can keep broad access by choosing **Allow All & Continue**, or save a restricted scope and apply least privilege from the start.

<Note>
  You can update these calendar access settings later from **Profile settings → Personal Tokens**. The agent can only list, read, create, and update events on calendars included in the allowed list.
</Note>

## Example use cases

* **Meeting Scheduler** — "Find a time that works for all participants in the email thread and schedule the meeting"
* **Daily Meeting Summary** — "Every morning, email me a summary of today's client meetings. Attach relevant information about the client from Hubspot."
* **Calendar Blocking** — "Block focus time on my calendar when I have no meetings"
